Cancellation Policy

I understand circumstances can change and things can happen. I require 24 hours (prior to the start time of the session) notice of cancellation. Because I reserve allocated time slots for you, cancellations can be rescheduled for the following week from your original session at no extra cost.

Please be advised that a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any session cancellations. If notice is not provided within this timeframe, the full session fee will still apply for missed appointments.

If you miss two consecutive sessions without prior notice, future counselling sessions will be discontinued. This policy ensures fairness and availability for all clients. Should you wish to resume, we can discuss re-establishing sessions, subject to availability.

However, if sessions are discontinued for a second time after being re-established, the therapeutic relationship will end, and further sessions will not continue. This approach supports a consistent and committed therapeutic process.
