Payments accepted via bank transfer ONLY. A full payment is required before the attendance of a session. A cancellation notice respectfully is required 24 hours prior to your appointment slot, which the full amount can be transferred to a rescheduled session (subject to within 7 working days (Mon-Fri) of the original session). Understandably circumstances can change at the last minute.
Please be advised that a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any session cancellations. If notice is not provided within this timeframe, the full session fee will still apply for missed appointments.
All Sessions will be delivered remotely/online. Face-to-face sessions currently are NOT offered. Remote/online platforms used:

This 30-minute introductory call is a chance for us to get to know one another and explore whether my approach feels right for you. Beginning counselling can feel like a big step, so this space is designed to be relaxed, supportive, and without pressure.
You’re welcome to ask any questions and share as much or as little as you feel comfortable about what has brought you to counselling, as well as what you might hope to gain from it. Together, we can begin to get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.
As part of this call, we will also complete a brief initial assessment before any ongoing sessions begin. This helps me understand your needs more fully and ensures I can support you safely and appropriately. We may gently touch on areas such as your background, any current concerns, and anything important you feel I should be aware of.
Sessions are up to 60 minutes in length and provide a dedicated, confidential space for you to explore whatever feels most important to you. When booking, you can indicate your preferred platform so that we can meet in a way that feels most comfortable and accessible for you.
There is no expectation to come with a set agenda for each session. Our work together will move at your pace, allowing you the time and space to reflect, process, and share in a way that feels right for you. Some sessions may feel more focused, while others may be more open, both are equally valid parts of the therapeutic process.
I take a collaborative approach, meaning that I will support you in exploring the areas that feel most meaningful or pressing for you in each session. Whether you would like to work towards specific goals or simply have a space to talk and be heard, we can shape the sessions together in a way that best supports your needs.
A 24 hours' notice (prior to the start time of the session) of cancellation or non-attendance is required, depending on circumstances.
