Payments accepted via bank transfer ONLY. A full payment is required before the attendance of a session. A cancellation notice respectfully is required 48 hours prior to your appointment slot, which the full amount can be transferred to a rescheduled session (subject to within 7 working days (Mon-Fri) of the original session). Understandably circumstances can change at the last minute.
Please be advised that a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any session cancellations. If notice is not provided within this timeframe, the full session fee will still apply for missed appointments.
All Sessions will be delivered remotely/online. Face-to-face sessions currently are NOT offered. Remote/online platforms used:

This 15-minute initial session offers an opportunity to explore if my approach suits your needs and to begin building a therapeutic relationship. It allows us to assess our compatibility and decide if you'd like to continue working together. You can also ask questions and outline any issues you'd like to address in future counselling sessions.
This session will last 30 minutes and is to be conducted prior to any counselling sessions commencing. During this session, I will conduct an initial assessment to gather essential information, including safeguarding concerns, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), and other personal details necessary for our work together.
Sessions will last up to 60 minutes. Please indicate your preferred platform when scheduling an appointment.
A 48 hours' notice (prior to the start time of the session) of cancellation or non-attendance is required, depending on circumstances.
